We ship using three different carrier options: UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service. As a general rule, we choose a carrier first with an eye toward expedient shipping and delivery, and then with an eye toward the best rates. Although orders do carry shipping charges, you will never be charged a handling fee and we strive to ship using the cheapest rates possible. You will always get the basic published rate for that day, regardless of carrier.
If you have a preference as to which shipping carrier we use for your orders, please let us know and we will make certain to honor your preference. You can also elect to use special services such as Second Day or other expedited services; these will be shipped and billed at the carrier's published rate for those services.
Provided that you have supplied us with an email address, you will receive shipping and tracking confirmations via email for your shipments.

The minimum opening order for wholesale customers is $400.00. Forms of payment accepted for initial orders are C.O.D. Certified Funds or Credit Card.
Free basic shipping with all orders at $750 or above. (Contiguous United States only.) Any accessorial charges, such as lift gate or advance notification will be extra and charged at the time of shipping.
If you are interested in obtaining NET 30 terms or C.O.D. Company Check terms, please let us know. Once your credit application is submitted, the approval process takes up to two weeks.
We apply a 1.5% monthly finance charge to all past due invoices. There is a $30.00 processing charge on all returned checks. Account terms are subject to review and may be changed at our discretion. Account holders will be notified in writing of any and all changes to payment terms.
